Quail Run Building Materials is the southwest’s premier steel framing building products manufacturer. Quail Run manufactures a full line of cold formed steel studs and joists used in wall, floor and roof framing for commercial and residential construction.

We are a privately held company and locally owned and operated. Our corporate office is located in Phoenix, Arizona where we have been in business for over 24 years.

Quail Run prides itself on using only the finest raw materials available in the industry that ultimately provides the highest quality finished building products available that meet or exceed the requirements of ASTM and ICC-ES.

At Quail Run we also own and operate KC Stamping and Fabrication. KC is a full service tool and die shop on premises capable of such services as Steel stamping, Steel fabrication including assembly, complete die design, Shearing and Break & Roll forming, Welding, Assembly and packaging.

In addition to these services Quail Run manufactures a full line of engineered steel connectors for the steel framing industry. We own and operate our own trucking company to provide our customers with dependable and on-time personal and professional deliveries.

Quail Run Building Material is an Arizona based manufacturer of cold formed steel (CFS) building components, galvanized commercial and residential steel framing, exterior structural load bearing and interior non-structural drywall members (studs, joists, and track runners of both traditional and cost efficient and code compliant Supreme “EQ” products), CRC bridging, bracing, hat furring, slotted track, acoustic resilient channel, water management flashings, angles, screeds, and various brake shapes.

Our framing products are audited for quality by 3rd party organizations through the SFIA and SSFSA framing associations. This assures that our products are compliant with International and Residential Building Code (IBC/IRC).  We sell through wholesale distribution.
