Jerry Centner, the Designated Broker and Managing Member of Red Hawk Property Management, is a third generation Arizona Native.

After serving five years in the US Army as an investigator and a successful management career with one of the largest International Delivery Companies in the world, based in Australia, he founded or co-founded several local companies which are still extremely successful today. In the early 2000’s Jerry became active in the Phoenix real estate market. He started his formal training with Coldwell Banker and quickly became a top agent in the areas of single-family homes sales, and the sale of small multifamily properties. Jerry wanted to learn all that he could about the real estate industry so he spent the next few years gaining additional experience at RE/MAX, Russ Lyon, and Long Realty.

From the beginning of Jerry Centner’s real estate career, he wanted to form a professional, transparent real estate management company that focused on the needs of the landlord. He dreamed of a company that would be honest with all parties, but that would work for and with, the property owners.

After being a top REO agent for numerous banks, Jerry and Tina Hatch began to plan their own real estate brokerage. The new company, which would later become Red Hawk Property Management, would specialize in the management of single-family homes, condo’s, and townhomes for the benefit of the Landlord. Our goal would be to always be honest and responsive to the tenants, but our fiduciary responsibility would be to our client, the landlord.

In early 2009 Red Hawk Realty LLC was formed and the doors opened at our Mesa, AZ office. Our goal was and still is, to provide the latest technology, have cost-effective and transparent rates, and be an accurate and professional property management company servicing all of Maricopa and Northern Pinal Counties. Red Hawk Realty started with about 10 properties and is currently successfully managing approximately 400 properties.

Red Hawk Property Management, it all begins with the name. As you can see we proudly display our specialty, property management. Most real estate companies that are involved with managing properties do so as a side business, an after thought, or a temporary fill gap until their real business, real estate sales, picks back up. They may manage one home, yours as a “favor to you” or they may manage several properties, but it is not their specialty.
