Why rent moving boxes?

Save time and money.  Our plastic boxes are more durable, stronger, and designed for stacking.  No more driving to a big box store to buy boxes; our boxes are delivered right to your door.  Pickup is included; and by the way, delivery and pickup is free.

What types of boxes are used?

All of our boxes are heavy duty reusable and 100% recyclable commercial grade moving boxes.  All boxes include molded in handles on each end and an attached interlocking cover.  No more buying tape to seal your boxes.

Delivery and pickup is free?

Yes.  We will deliver your boxes before your move and pick them up when you’re finished; all for free.  Pickup and delivery is done right at your door.  However, any delivery or pickup above ground level will require an additional charge to cover insurance requirements.  Not our rules, theirs.

Are there any delivery or pickup location restrictions?

At this time, we only provide free delivery and pickup service within the Phoenix metro area, including Scottsdale, Glendale, Peoria, and Tempe.  We may be able to accommodate other cities for a minor delivery / pickup fee.

This must be expensive, right?

No.  Our boxes are 100% reusable and will last much longer than cardboard boxes.  Similar size cardboard boxes can be 2 to 3 times more expensive and may only last one time.  And what do you do with all these boxes after you’re done?  Our boxes also include a free delivery and pickup service and a moving dolly, which save you even more time and money.

How are deliveries and pickups scheduled?

2-3 weeks prior to your move date, just submit a rental reservation request and we take it from there.  We will contact you to confirm your delivery date and time and when finished, call us to confirm the pickup date and time.  And that’s it – it doesn’t get any easier.

What if I need more time?

Please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule your new pickup date and time.  Depending on the circumstances, an additional charge maybe required.

What if I damage or lose a box?

Contact us immediately and let us know what happened.  Our Terms and Conditions outline the procedure for damaged or lost boxes.

Do you allow for out of state moves?

Unfortunately, we do not allow or offer any out of state moves.  As our company grows, more states and cities will be added.

How does this work?

  • Start by reviewing our Box Buddy.  This will help you determine the number of boxes needed for your move.
  • Choose one of our convenient package deals or create your own special packaging
  • Determine your rental time.  We offer one, two and three week rentals – each includes an extra 3 free days.
  • Complete and submit your rental reservation request.  One of our customer service representatives will contact you within 48 hours to confirm your order and delivery date and time.
  • Delivery day.  We will delivery your boxes and any additional supplies right to your door.  The contact person must sign and approve the delivery.
  • Pack your items, knowing they will be safe and secure.
  • When your move is finished, contact us to confirm your pickup date and time.
  • Pickup day.  We will pick up your boxes right at your door.  The contact person must sign and approve the pickup.
  • You’re done!  Enjoy your new location.
