RIS is an independent insurance agency based in Chandler, Arizona that specializes in Health Insurance and Medicare products. We work with over 20 different insurance companies which allows us to present several options to people at or nearing retirement.

We believe in an educational and consultative approach. Medicare coverage is confusing and people have a number of options to consider when they turn 65. We believe that through educating our clients on all of their options, we empower them to choose a health care solution instead of just selling them a product. There truly is no right or wrong solution; there are just solutions that are a better fit for a person's specific circumstances. We help explain the entire Medicare landscape so they can find the product that best fits their needs.

Mary Bro is a veteran of the insurance industry, beginning her career in 1992. She has been instrumental in developing nationwide, direct to customer insurance offerings with several national carriers.

She developed a unique Medicare supplement insurance program directed through financial institutions while serving as Senior Vice President at Sterling National Corporation. She is a successful entrepreneur, establishing Bro Enterprises, dba CiDirect, a wholly owned subsidiary of Sterling National and now most recently Retirement Insurance Specialists Agency.

Mary received her bachelor’s degree from Dana College in Nebraska and her MBA from California Southern University. Mary is licensed in all 50 states.

Justin Bro began his insurance career in 2005. Prior to joining Retirement Insurance Specialists, Justin worked for SCF Arizona as a Sales Executive. During his time at SCF Arizona, Justin provided workers’ compensation programs to some of the largest employers in the state. Justin also worked in business development for Applied Underwriters, a division of Berkshire Hathaway, in Omaha, NE. At Applied Underwriters, Justin worked with employers across the country with a focus on California & Arizona.

Justin received his bachelor’s degree in business management and Spanish from Buena Vista University in Iowa. He holds insurance licenses in Property & Casualty as well as Life & Health.
