After many years working for many companies I decided to open my own. Seeing how many companies didn’t care about the customer, I wanted to have a company that does quality work and build a relationship with our customers.

Tile roofs are durable and long lasting, and can withstand the wind, heavy storms and other rough weather conditions in Arizona. They can last 40 years and have a longer warranty than many roofing treatments, making them a great investment. Tile roofs are energy efficient for hot weather areas because they allow more air circulation and less direct heat transfer than other roof applications. Tile roofs using clay or concrete tiles are expensive to install, but easy to maintain, and offer a variety of color options to create a custom appearance.

Shingle roofs are very popular because they are cost-effective to install and last 20 to 50 years. Asphalt shingle roofs (also known as composition shingles, architectural shingles, and laminated shingles), are the classic residential roof and appear many homes within the United States. Shingle roofing works in steep-slope roofing applications, and is low maintenance and fire resistant.

Asphalt shingles consist of a durable fiberglass mat coated with asphalt and finished with ceramic mineral granules. Asphalt shingle roofing comes in a variety of colors to complement any combination of building materials and come in three types.

Heavyweight shingles are architectural shingles and are considered the highest quality.
Dimensional shingles are mid-range in quality and are currently very popular with new home builds.
The three tab shingle design is the lowest quality, most basic asphalt shingle.

A foam roof consists of sprayed foam applied to almost any roof surface. The foam dries within seconds and conforms to the roof surface, filling in dips, sealing areas around pipes airtight, and closing all leaks. The sprayed foam creates a single, seamless barrier that is leak-proof, protective, and provides excellent insulation. The foam also adapts to the building's expansion and contraction over the years without cracking.

Foam roofs can save up to 40% in energy costs compared to other roofing systems. They are extremely lightweight, which means that lighter building materials may be possible, resulting in construction cost savings as well.

In use for more than 40 years, foam roofs cost about the same as a tar and gravel roof, and typically last for the life of the building, which makes foam roofing an ideal choice for a commercial roofing solution.
