Sagebrush Restoration, LLC (Sagebrush) is a full-service specialty contractor licensed Statewide in Arizona and Nevada, and has the ability to focus on commercial and residential construction.

Our services include, but are not limited to Emergency Services, Environmental Remediation, General Contracting, and Specialty Services. Sagebrush is certified by the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration (IICRC); and also, by the EPA as a Lead-Safe Certified Firm.

We specialize in multiple settings; from educational (preschool through university), commercial (including hospitals and high-rise buildings), hospitality (hotels and resorts) and residential structures. Our exposure to this environment comes from working with Business Owners, General Contractors, Large Loss Insurance Companies, Property Management Firms, Universities, Arizona School Districts and The Arizona School Risk Retention Trust (The Trust).    

Emergency Services requires specialty skills and training.  In addition to emergency services, Sagebrush is also trained, licensed and insured to provide environmental remediation services in the areas of asbestos, lead, mold and hazardous waste cleanup. We have the ability, skill set, knowledge and 30+ years of experience in the environmental and construction industry. This allows us to handle all aspects of the project.  Therefore, minimizing the need for our client to contract with multiple companies/contractors and allows for a seamlessly completed project.

We have a moral and social responsibility to do our absolute very best when performing any of our services. Our staff pride themselves in their attention to detail, and their ability to treat each and every customer as though they were our only customer. Sagebrush personnel are required to maintain Level One Fingerprint Clearance Cards due to the nature of our client base. 

 
Sagebrush and its customers are covered on every project by an AM Best A+10 rated carrier on a per occurrence basis under our General and Pollution Liability. Limit amounts of 5 million aggregate have been set to cover the requirements of our clients and can be increased on an as needed basis.

Project Bonding is provided by The Guarantee Company of North America with bond limits set at 8 million dollars and can be increased if needed. A current bonding letter can be furnished upon request.   

SAFETY is everyone’s responsibility and Sagebrush takes safety seriously. All Sagebrush employees regularly attend training and certification classes, re-certification classes, continued education, and site specific training. Our commitment to safety shows with our EMOD being at .74, the lowest possible rating, by NCCI, for our company.
