Founded in 2007, Premier Furnished Housing is a family run company, founded by sister and brother Sumer and Josh who both consider each customer’s specific needs when working to find a temporary home. What sets PFH apart from their competitors is the ability to speak directly to Sumer and Josh every time you have a question or concern, as well as the emphasis on exceptional service and customer satisfaction.

PFH works diligently to find you and your family a comfortable temporary home away from home. It is the unbeatable one-on-one customer service and dedication that has allowed PFH to be what it is today, an exceptional relocation company known for exceeding their customer’s expectations.

The Southwest Premier office, based in Chandler, Arizona, is owned and operated by Josh Fraser. He has been in the temporary housing business for 8 years and an Arizona Real Estate Agent for 4 years. Josh graduated from Arizona State University with a bachelors degree in business and urban development. Prior to starting Premier Furnished Housing Josh managed and oversaw all business development with another temporary housing company in Arizona.

Rocky Mountain Premier is based in Colorado Springs, Colorado and is owned and operated by Sumer Liebold. Sumer started this branch 4 years ago and recently became a licensed Colorado real estate agent to better serve her customer’s needs. She graduated from the University of Colorado with a bachelor’s degree in business and marketing. In 2009, she was presented by the Colorado Small Business Development Center with the Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award. In 2009, Sumer was excited to bring on another family member to the team, Candice Graham as the head of PFH Real Estate Division.

Candice brings 6 years of real estate experience to PFH. She is a native Colorado resident, married with five amazing children. She has extensive knowledge in the new home and resale market. PFH is very excited to add her to the team as their relocation specialist.

Josh, Sumer and Candice are available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. Our priority is to make your temporary stay a hassle free experience.
