Services

Instituting a comprehensive “pro-active” roof management program enables building owners and managers to adopt a logical and organized approach to preventing and solving problems. Any other approach can only prove to be haphazard.

Typical minor repairs included in our scope of work would include:

    Clean all roofs thoroughly
    Walk, inspect and document conditions
    Reseal penetrations such as pipes, vents, HVAC units, swamp coolers, and skylights as required
    Reseal scupper outlets inside and out
    Reseal minor defects in roof surfaces due to damage from foliage or other debris
    Document any warrantable repairs required by applicable roofing contractor
