About Us
We have been licensed CONTRACTORS for over a quarter of a century. Started right here in the valley (in SCOTTSDALE AZ) in 1982, the company has grown to provide service to PHOENIX AZ and most of the surrounding communities, such as CAVE CREEK - CAREFREE - MESA - TEMPE - CHANDLER - LAVEEN - AVONDALE - TOLLESON - GOODYEAR - LITCHFIELD - GLENDALE - SURPRISE - PEORIA - SUN CITY WEST and SUN CITY AZ. We even go as far north as DESERT HILLS and NEW RIVER and have REPIPED homes as far away as CASA GRANDE.
We started our business specializing in REPIPING older homes (you may have heard or seen our ads: "REPIPE before the flood!"). We have since added several more specialties: LEAK DETECTION - ELECTRONIC LEAK LOCATING and SLAB LEAK REPAIRS - REROUTES and HEATING and AC. Of course, we also do general plumbing: WATER HEATERS - TOILETS - FAUCETS - DRAIN CLEANING, etc.; and all phases of HEATING and COOLING service, repair and installation, including those all-important SEMI-ANNUAL SYSTEM CHECK-UPS.
While we have grown and expanded both our menu of services and our service areas through the years, some things have not changed. We started out as a family run business, and we remain a family run business. We always have been, and intend to remain, locally owned and operated. Our customers are also our neighbors, and our friends.
Our President, Jack Stevens, and Vice Presidents, Tony and Mark, work along side our technicians (some of whom are also family members and ALL of whom are experts in their field!) and all of us work hard to keep a personal touch in the services we provide. We've set our company apart from the competition by emphasizing quality at all costs and by hiring highly qualified technicians, while at the same time keeping our prices affordable. And, we value our customers and recognize that in today's world, time has become a valuable commodity. That's why we have adopted the policy of setting appointments... and emphasizing to our customers that we keep them! The Phoenix Valley has grown tremendously in the past quarter century. There are benefits to that growth, but also a risk of decline in the sense of community we once enjoyed as a small western city.
