10 Step Painting Process
1. Inspect all surfaces in work area
2. Provide color confirmation as requested by the customer
3. Dig trench around all work areas (where applicable)
4. Pressure wash all surfaces in work area
5. Re-nail loose / replace rotten wood (as needed, except structural areas)
6. Repair damaged stucco areas (if necessary)
7. Caulk around all windows and door frames
8. Caulk all large stucco cracks on exterior house surface
9. Mask windows, doors, etc. to prevent paint overspray
10. Remove exterior lights and re-install upon completion of job
