At Sunrise Mechanical, we remove all registers and grills, and we clean with environmentally friendly sanitizers. Once cleaning is complete, we reinstall the registers and grills, and use an antimicrobial fog, which is safe and odor friendly. The cleaning system used is high quality professional equipment, called Rotobrush and it safely cleans all types of ductwork – and recognized by the Asthma Foundation and Banner Medical Centers of Phoenix.

HERE’S WHAT TO DO IF YOUR HEATING/COOLING EQUIPMENT IS NOT WORKING

1. Check your thermostat, make sure it is in the “AUTO” position and set in the desired function, that is ‘Cool or Heat’. If not, turn it on and wait to see if your system will cycle on.

2. Check the low battery indicator on the thermostat, if reads low or the screen is blank replace the batteries and see what happens.

3. Check the filter, your air conditioning filters might be dirty and clogging up the system.

4. Check the breaker to be sure all breaker switches are in the “ON” position. You may need to reset the breaker if it is in the “OFF” position.

If you are unable to get the unit running, shut the unit completely down by turning the thermostat to the “OFF” position.
