We proudly operate 13 offices across five States, employing over 300 team members who delight thousands of clients every day, from one person home offices to Fortune 500 companies. Target Commercial Interiors provides furniture, floor covering, wall systems and a variety of architectural products for the benefit of our clients across the country and in fifteen countries around the globe.

Target Commercial Interiors was founded in 1954 as Dayton's Commercial Interiors, an extension of the Dayton's Department Stores serving the Fortune 1000 in the Twin Cities. The name changed to Target Commercial Interiors in 2005. Over the years our clients have benefited from continuous industry leading change and improvements. In 2000, Dayton's Commercial Interiors purchased the major Steelcase dealer group in Wisconsin named Rowley-Schlimgen, opening the Madison, Green Bay and Wausau, WI and Rockford, IL markets. In 2005, Target Commercial Interiors developed the industry's first Retail Showroom format, in Bloomington, MN, geared to providing small and medium sized business with an easy, efficient venue to directly purchase a wide variety of Expect More. Pay Less. professional grade products. 2008 was another pivotal year for Target Commercial Interiors as we purchased two more Steelcase dealers in Phoenix, Tucson and Mesa, AZ. US Business Interiors (USBI) and Walsh Bros.
