Taylor Enterprises, Inc.  offers roof warranties for 2-5 years for a nominal fee.  Even if we didn't install the original roof, after a thorough inspection and completion of any needed repairs, we will guarantee your roof water-tight.  If leaks occur, it will be repaired at no cost to you!

Roof Maintenance
In order to get the most life out of your tile roof,  it is recommended that maintenance is performed every 6-12 months.  Valleys are cleaned and broken tiles are replaced, which protects the felt underneath and prevents leaks.  G.R.
