Traaen & Associates, LLC

is a full service human resources management organization.  The company includes three service divisions:  technical human resource management; employee and labor relations interventions as well as training and organizational development services.  Customer service specializations include, but are not limited to:  customized training, ethics leadership and program initiatives, interest based negotiations, interim human resource leadership, personnel investigations, policy analysis and design, succession planning and workforce development.The Firm's corporate office is located in Phoenix, Arizona with a secondary office location in Tucson, Arizona. 
 
The mission of Traaen & Associates, LLC is to provide resources and support to both public and private sector organizations in the field of human resources technical management, training and organizational development. This is accomplished through services provided by firm Associates who possess extensive senior professional knowledge in all specialized areas of human resource management.

The Technical Management Division of the organization provides human resource management services in the specialty areas of ethics leadership and program initiatives; human resources executive performance evaluation, performance enhancement and coaching; team design and professional development; as well as human resource technical interventions including HR Department re-organizations due to reductions in force or sudden growth. In addition, organization wide succession planning and workforce development planning are available as companion services. A new service available through this division includes behavioral assessment for mid-management and executive searches. This service is available through the firm’s licensed psychologist.

The Training and Organization Development Division provides customized training and facilitation through keynote and workshop/seminar speakers, leadership retreats and curriculum design for both on ground and web based instruction. The firm provides organizations with the expertise and resources to improve employee performance. We also function as the training and organizational development department for small and mid-size businesses and as an adjunct to the training capability in larger organizations. A new service available through this division includes city/town council,executive and strategic retreats.

The Employee and Labor Relations Division of the firm focuses on service to clients in the areas of fact finding, investigations, mediation, conflict resolution, meet and confer and labor negotiations support. Both workshops and individual on-site consultation in these areas are available through senior labor and employee relations specialists.

Firm associates are also prepared to serve as interim internal professionals to manage special projects, fulfill short term assignments while HR searches are underway and to facilitate reorganization of human resource program and organization development activities.
 
Hours of operation are Monday through Friday 7 a.m. - 6 p.m. (MST).  Individual client consultation also scheduled by appointment.
