At Yavapai Bottle Gas, we have been committed to our customers and to customer service since opening in October of 1987. Back then, no other propane company wanted to deliver to smaller propane tanks and RVs, so Yavapai Bottle Gas was created to fill that niche of the market.
We started with a one-ton pickup truck with a 500 gallon tank mounted on it. It would pump around 20 gallons per minute.
Now our largest bobtail holds 6,000 gallons that can deliver around 70 to 80 gallons per minute. We have several boom trucks to set up and deliver tanks for any new tank sets we get and a fleet of propane transports to bring our propane to us from locations throughout the state.
Today we deliver to all sizes of tanks; we pump over a million gallons a year to our many customers in Arizona and we still service RV customers along with the residential, rancher, and commercial customers.
We offer degree day routing and “keep full” programs so you never have to worry about running out of gas.

We Never Charge an Environmental Fee
When you choose Yavapai, you can trust that we are charging a fair, affordable price. Other companies charge a hazmat fee, an environmental fee, and a surcharge fee. We simply charge you for the gas and the service.
Full Programs and Degree Day Routing
We offer two different programs to meet your individual propane needs:
Keep Full Program: This is an auto-fill program. We will regularly come by and fill up your propane tank in Yavapai County automatically.
Degree Day Routing: Our computer system tracks how cold it is in your area to determine when you need more propane.
We Offer Pre-Buy and Budget Payment Plans
At Yavapai, we offer two different payment options for your convenience:
Pre-Buy: Buy gas during the summer while it is cheap in order to save in the winter.
Budget Payment Plan: Every month, pay a set fee and we will fill your gas on a regular schedule.
