David Mikes established 4 Gen Homes because of his passion to work directly with families that want to build their dream home. Born in a suburb of Chicago, David and his family moved to the Phoenix area when he was four years old. He graduated from Arizona State University with a degree in Marketing and immediately went to work in the field where he gained hands on experience in multiple aspects of the custom home building and remodel process. With proficient knowledge in residential concrete and asphalt, landscaping, tile and stone work, flooring and design, David has the expertise of what it takes to build with quality and accuracy.
 
In addition, David understands what it means to be in his clients’ shoes. He and his real estate broker wife, Allison, completed a full renovation on their own home, allowing him to maintain the fresh perspective from a homeowner’s point of view. “Going through this remodel with my family is the same as what my clients go through. We customized every detail. We were adamant about certain aspects and certain materials. We made changes and found things that were unexpected. Now that it’s finished, I love every decision we made and want that for every family with whom I work.”
