 From Certified Nursing Assistants to semi-retired Sun Lakes ladies, from RN's to home makers to medical students, our staff offers a variety of ages and personalities to suit your needs. All of our Care Givers are background screened, reference checked, have finger print cards and first aid certifications before joining our Golden team. We hire from referrals, churches and nursing school programs. Many of our care givers have been employed by Hearts of Gold for years- some since we started this business in 2003! 

Hearts of Gold Home Care is family owned and operated.  Adminstrator Danielle Miller has been serving as the Office Manager since day one, with her mother, Mary Plotkin as Director. The office is located at the family's horse ranch in Chandler, Arizona. When employees or clients make an office visit, they are greeted by nickering horses, crowing roosters and a friendly donkey named Jenny.

Danielle enjoys raising, training, riding and competing with her American Paint horses, breeding and farming chickens, and going to concerts. She also manages the private boarding facility Celebrity Ranch and offers services part time as a riding coach and trainer.
