Certified Family Law Specialist:
Angela Y. Peacock is a Certified Family Law Specialist by the State Bar of Arizona Board of Legal Specialization. As of 2015, only 65 attorneys in the entire state have achieved such an honor. The Arizona Board of Legal Specialization identifies lawyers who have demonstrated superior knowledge, skill, integrity, professionalism and competence in a specific area of law, to better serve the public. To obtain certification, lawyers must meet specific requirements.
Ms. Peacock understands the benefits of trying to resolve family law issues without having to go to court, and she assists her clients by helping them create solutions to resolving their legal issues. She often encourages her clients to attend settlement conferences or mediation as a means of reducing stress, avoiding uncertainty, ending conflict and limiting attorney’s fees. However, when the parties are unable to resolve their differences, Ms. Peacock vigorously protects her clients’ rights in court and advocates their interests.
