Sacha Blanchet is originally from Quebec City, Canada and relocated to the United States over 17 years ago.

Prior to joining the Real Estate Business and has , Sacha had a successful career as a professional Ice Skater. He was the 1998 Canadian Junior Pair Championcompeted for Canada in multiple International Skating competitions. His discipline and motivation lead him to perform in the largest cruise ships in the World. In 2004, his passion for homes and investments lead him to Real Estate Investment.


Sacha Blanchet has been engaged in several educational and advancement programs both for Real Estate and personal development. His unrelenting drive and focus has propelled his success. Being mentored by Robert Allen, the famous and influential financial advisor, T. Harv Eker in marketing, as well as attending the Enlightened Wealth Institute adds to his qualifications. Sacha remains committed to constant development and is a member of several Real Estate clubs including AZREIA. Sacha also happens to be the co-author of the book Central Phoenix Real Estate Guide.

Sacha has been specializing in Short Sale properties since 2007, and was one of the pioneers at the beginning of the declining market in Arizona. In 2010, the recession has brought in a large amount of Canadian Buyers in Arizona. Sacha has successfully helped a few hundred Canadian Buyers to acquire their dream homes in Arizona.
