Medical Management Associates of Yuma LLC

I have been in the Medical Billing Business in excess of 25 years.

 I have provided professional services for several physicians in Yuma, Arizona in the areas of Family Practice, Anesthesiology, Pulmonology, Neurological Surgery, Orthopedic Surgery, Critical Care Billing, Cardiology, and Neurology.   Before opening my billing service I was employed as a Certified Medical Assistant in the physician office and my previous experience in the medical field included fifteen years in the family practice office and ten years in neurosurgery.  Since receiving my certification as a Medical Assistant in 1976, I have been a member of the American Association of Medical Assistants where I served as President of the Local Chapter, President of the State Society, and was elected to serve as Delegate to the National Convention of AAMA on five separate occasions. In addition, I am a member of the American Association of Professional Coders (AAPC).

1)  Create, submit, follow-up, and post claims for all insurances.
2)  Appeal denied or incorrectly paid claims.
3)  Professionally handle patient calls regarding billing questions.
4)  Provide monthly reports to the physician.
5)  Assist in contract negotiations/credentialing.
