In 1973, our founder, Catherine Samolinski started her career as an employee with the Hearst Corporation's circulation arm of Periodical Publishers Service Bureau, Inc.� In 1993, she decided to form NAPSCI to better utilize her data management and call center expertise.� Since then, she has been the driving force that has created our highly reputable, 35 years old marketing company.
